嗨，我是 Yi-Ning。
前矽谷資深全端工程師、技術總監，現在經營顧問工作室 Honu Lab。在 forward-deployed engineer、product engineer 這些詞流行之前，我就是這樣工作的：到第一線跟客戶討論 feature，再自己把產品做出來。在 Honu Lab，架構與客戶溝通由我親自負責，專案需要更多人力時，拉進長期合作的夥伴。
工作之外，我主持 Podcast 極簡創業實驗室，在換日線寫專欄，也受邀在 NATEA Women's Summit 等社群活動演講，記錄並分享極簡創業與非傳統職涯的實驗。

I worked with Yi-Ning on a long term project where we were developing a custom task management application for a government housing authority as part of an overall digital transformation. Yi-Ning was the CTO on the project, and was responsible for everything from the initial architectural decisions, research on integrations and vendor options, managing Dev team runway, and overall product development strategy for MTP and MVP milestone planning.
Outside of her technical expertise, Yi-Ning was also just fun and easy to work with. She has a very positive and amicable personality, but also has a strong perspective on things too.
